We use only professional, biodegradable latex balloons from brands like Sempertex, Tuftex and Kalisan. These provide the most durable, sustainable and professional looking balloons for your event. These 3 brands also allow us to offer a wide range of colors options to best customize your event decor.

We require a signed service agreement and a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event.

Need to cancel? We get it - plans can change. You’re welcome to move your event date, based on availability, and we’ll move your deposit to the new date. If rescheduling isn’t an option, cancellations 21+ days out can cancel for a full refund. Cancellations within 21 days of the event will have their deposit retained. This is to help cover the cost of supplies purchased for your event.

Installation is included in your pricing and delivery fees are based on event address, and usually range between $20-$40. We serve North Seattle, Snohomish County and South Skagit County. Please include the event address when you contact us, so we can quote you an accurate delivery fee.

Absolutely! We offer custom color palettes and will match your decor aesthetic as close as possible. If you have a color swatch or color code you can provide that will help us ensure we’re getting the closest match possible.

A balloon’s lifespan depends a lot on environmental factors. Indoor balloon decor can last several days to several weeks depending on conditions. Outdoor balloons are more sensitive to heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight and are best between 4-6 hours.
